Flowers never made it to destination for Thanksgiving 2017. Owner was to follow up with me. Never heard from him. I send flowers frequently. Will not use or recommed. Very disappointing.
They made the process of ordering flowers fast and easy. My mom loved the flowers and it looks like quite a large amount for the money.
We parked in the designated parking spots for 1800flowers customers.We went to purchase some arrangements on a day and time when they are opened. They were closed and after 25 minutes decided to walk away and get some coffee only to come back to our car and see they were still closed and we had a parking ticket issued to us. Maybe if a company would open when they say they would things like this wouldn't happen .
I called from the East Coast to make a special request for my mother's 97th birthday. I gave them a general idea of what I wanted and a price range, but asked them to exercise their design judgement. The arrangement is beautiful and delivered timely. She loved it! Thank you!
