Do NOT go here for lash extension.1st its NOT a spa. Its a hair/nail shop where they do beauty treatments. 2nd they did not make me feel welcomed. 3rd its hard to relax with the clatter of loud talking over the roar of a blow dryer. Finally, every single lash fell out the every next day. I never washed my face or apply any product but the next day i woke with lashes all over my face and pillow. 70 bucks plus a 20 buck tip and no one ever saw my lashes. I called them immediately, they never answered the phone. I left two.messages and they never called me back. Total trash experience. Stay Away!
Not sure if it should be a 4 or 5 but it's up there in rating and score because I really didn't have any complaints and one of them massaged my feet, legs, arms and hands for a very long time. They did a nice manicure and pedicure job for a not cheap but decent price, and they did my eyebrows well. I also enjoyed the color of the nail polish. Service was impeccable, Everything was clean and they cleaned thoroughly in front of me. The spa was nice, as well as the massage chair. One of them even put my socks/shoes back on me which I thought was preposterous but a nice gesture. It was open late, and they took me in even though I barely gave any notice. English not their strong point, but they were nice and courteous when they did speak. It was very pretty inside with nice colors. Yea, can't think of one complaint. Oh but they will take credit card with a slight fee, but prefer cash.
Linda did my permanent eyeliner and eyebrows and she was great! Very professional, very clean salon. I highly recommend her. She was also very helpful in asking me frequently if I was doing ok and was quick to apply more numbing gel if I needed it! I'll definitely go back and will recommend to friends!
Really nice place with a lot of beauty options... can't wait to try some of therm. Wendy did a wonderful job in my nails
I bought a groupon for laser hair removal for this place. The first time I called to make an appt the receptionist said I needed to come in anytime for a consultation. After reading all the horrible reviews on yelp, I decided to make an appt so I would be seen ontime. I got there 10 minutes early & was told, I was early & had to wait. About 10 minutes later I was told the lady was busy and I would need to come back. The whole thing just seemed a little shady. Im sure theyre great for some things but I definitely dont want them putting lasers anywhere near me. Luckily Groupon gave me my money back.
