Great service. Always on time and no request is too much. They aim to please. I was disappointed once regarding some minor damage to a pair of pants. They not only made it right. But the owner personally called me to go above and beyond what wouldve made it right. I highly recommend Martinizing because of their service and quality of work. Best cleaners I have ever dealt with. 5 stars...6 if I could!
Great place to get your laundry cleaning done! Incredibly convenient. I love the app they have. So easy to click on the app on your cell phone and then like magic your laundry is picked up from your residence and then returned to you fresh and clean. I have been taking dress shirts and trousers to cleaners for decades and Martinizing is so incredibly convenient, and the cost is the same as the previous cleaners I used where I had to lug my laundry back and forth. And the staff at the store in Alameda are incredible helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that I wish I had known about them sooner!
The only cleaners you will need. They go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction picked up and delivered to your door. Once I needed a shirt for my husbands trip. Martinizing Dry Cleaners had promised it to me in time but due to mechanic equipment issues, they didnt have it to me by the end of the day as promised. The owner called, explained the situation and promised they would have it to me that night. Sure enough, it was hanging on my door a few hours later in time for my husbands trip! Awesome customer service and they deliver what they promise. As a business person myself, I totally appreciate this kind of business ethic. This is how you do business.
Martinizing is my go to cleaners. They do a magnificent job at dry cleaning my clothes and I couldnt be any happier. They pick up at my house and deliver which is pretty awesome and convenient. I have a toddler child so it saves me so much time. I highly recommend them.
