My Husband Michael and I had a Vow Renewal Ceremony, November 12, 2013. The whole experience was FANTASTIC. Katherine was very professional, patient and helpful. We felt very special and well taken care of. Our Special Day was just that. Katherine made sure everything went with out a hitch. Sean also was a GREAT photographer. He captured all the shots we wanted and more. All Family and Guest enjoyed themselves and we have highly recommended your services. Thank You Both Again.
I was so happy with the service here!!! They knew exactly how to help me with a name update on my passport. The employees were friendly and kind. They made the whole process smooth and quick. I highly recommend this office if anyone is looking for a passport office.
This review is for Arty and Sean who run the passport office here. (Not positive of their name spelling). I came here to get my passport renewed. I had to visit the office on several different ocassions for faults of my own (forgetting my check book, work not letting me give up my passport for a certain period of time).. but these two gentleman were seriously kind and helpful. They made it an incredibly easy process for me and I really appreciated their great customer service. I had visited the post office in San Leandro before going to this office and was treated like absolute dirt.. so Arty and Sean were a refreshing change. Thanks you guys for being really awesome at your jobs. You deserve a raise!
Excellent service from the young lady I had the pleasure of meeting the morning of 1/9/2017...I arrived there around 8:30am for a Passport renewal. The sign on the door said 9:00, but this young lady went out of her way to get me on my way, quickly. She checked all my documents & even made a decent photo copy of my Driver License. She was very, very PROFESSIONAL & oh, CUTE too. Reminded of Sheila E. there for a moment, lol. I didn't get her name, but she's a light complected African American woman, very nice looking. I would like somebody, like her Supervisor to tell her that I really APPRECIATED what she did for me & I'm very GRATEFUL. Thanks in advance. Jerry Miles
