Great old theater. Nice staff (box office guy was a little surly). Nice seats. Really clean. Good sound. Reasonably priced tickets. Exactly what you want when you go to the movies.
Clean conveniently located movie theater complex in central Alameda. On street & garage parking. Fresh popped popcorn. Water fountains. Escalators. Well lit. Close to restaurants, bars.
A wonderful place to see a first-run film. And often they show old classics. The main theatre is beautiful and has lots of space. You can get food next door at the grill and bring it in, or get a glass of wine right from the theatre. Modern luxury with the classic charm. The best movie house in the bay.
Very nice theater. Popcorn is tasty not to salty. Seats are very comfortable. Clean theater. You can also order food to be delivered to you while in the movie.
The best east bay movie experience.Not the new super theater plush power recliner type but a mix of old fashion with modern movie experience. Add to that the food selection from the Alameda Grille and sit back and enjoy. The only draw back is other than getting your ticket from the Grille, there is no assigned seating.
