My dog loves going in there. This one salesperson was so sweet, gave Tobi a few treats! We went in around 3:30 1/28/18 This salesperson is ALWAYS very pleasant!
I really wanted to love this place. Our dog Prince has been coming here for a while. He was on a 6 week rotation. The end of last year beginning of this year we started having scheduling problems. Some how we had fallen off the rotation list and trying to an appointment was nearly impossible. Finally was able to get an appointment, but it was a month out. Ok no problem. Show up to the appointment to be told it was canceled by email. No phone call no reschedule. Nothing! Will not be returning.
I love this store! Not only are they convenient so kind. One day I forgot to buy cat food and they were closed. She saw me at the door and asked me what I needed. I said cat food and she gave me a few packages of free food to hold me over. Thank yiu for being kind and holding me over until the next day until I can come in and purchase some
