Fantastic pharmacy. Wayne is not only a great pharmacist but the man the heart. Treated my elderly parents with respect. The delivery service has been the life saver. Thanks you for the great service!
I appreciate the service Midtown Pharmacy provides. What has become a problem is that the delivery guys don't seem to speak English at all, show up without notice and demand cash. Most of that would not be an issue if I got called called in advance with notice of a dollar amount owed and/or the delivery guys carried change, which they never do. Another issue seems to be with how they bill me - I always have to ask for a detailed invoice (which I can then send to my insurer) when such a thing should be common practice.
Great delivery. I never used pharmacies that deliver until this one. They are very nice. Good pricing. Will even deliver late if necessary.
Im surprised when i find out about this. I was anxious regarding problemspi have with cvs' wait time, order and confusion. Guess what..the best pharmacy and I have been with them for a year. They deliver. They deliver when meds are due. They even do but bubble pack. Staff are very excited to explain. I feel very respected and they take care of my need. I feel bad for CVS customers. I left and will never go back.
I CALLED TO CHECK STATUS ON MY GRANDMA MEDICATION SINCE THEY ARE ALWAYS DELIVERING HER MEDICATION FEW DAYS LATE, I ASKED THE LADY THAT MY GRANDMA IS NOT GOING TO HAVE MEDICATION AFTER THE 30th OF THIS MONTH. SHE SAID THATS NOT POSSIBLE AND STARTED ARGUING WITH ME AND YELLING OVER THE PHONE. WORST ATTITUDE EVER I HAD TO SHUT HER UP BY TELLING HER HOW DOES SHE KNOW IF I HAVE MY GRANDMA MEDICATION INFRONT OF ME. IT FELT AS IF I WAS ARGUING WITH MY BROTHER THATS HOW HEATED IT GOT JUST FOR CHECKING THE STATUS AND ADVISING THEM THAT I NEED NEW SUPPLY BEFORE THE 30th. THE LADY PLAVED ME ON HOLD FOR 5MIN THEN WHEN SHE CAME BACK SHE STARTED LAUGHING SAYING OKAY I TALKED TO THEM, THEY ARE GOING TO DELIVER ON FRIDAY, TELL YOUR GRANDMA TO STOP THROWING AWAY HER MEDICATION THIS LADY IS BEYOND RUDE IM MAD I DIDNT GET HER NAME! SHE SOUNDED CHINESE OR ASIAN
