Garbage service. Went in with cash and everything needed for a firearm and they denied me because the manager that usually does I let wasn't there. Terrible service
Kinda feels like Big5 on a whole is on it's way out what with the stores that carry better products. Friendlier staff and a selection. Guns are on their way out too, so there is just less and less reason to need to go to Big5.

I gave the woman cashier a key I found outside the store. She offered to lock it in their safe, in case someone asks about it. She was concerned, as we would be if we lost a key. Kudos!
I love this place. They have alot of sports equipment here and the staff is pretty nice. I like to go in here to browse often. Check out the weightlifting equipment. It's a small store and it's pretty cramped with gear. But I've always found what I was looking for
