By far the best grocery store in Alameda, perhaps in the world. You can shop for bargains and also find fancy pricey organic stuff. The music makes me dance and sing through the aisles, which are rarely taken up by annoying displays. The aisles are nice and wide. They unload your cart for you. The employees and customers are happy. If you spend at least $50 you save money on gas at the pumps. If you have a choice, you should choose Nob Hill.
Nob Hill is a nice supermarket. They have a good selection, the products is good, and the people are friendly. They also have an awesome Bakery which makes the best celebration cakes on the island! Try the strawberry and whipped cream with real strawberries inside.
Nice grocery store. Beautiful views and places to eat. Great place to get prepared food. Nice e charging slots. Also can order ahead and they will bring out bagged groceries to you on ecart option. Nice stores nearby. The Peers inside did not have enough staff. Hard to get to from Oakland.
Comprehensive, well-maintained and easy to navigate super market. Hot and cold salad bars plus a sushi bar. Peets Coffee and Poppy Bank are inside as well as a U.S. Post Office. Nice areas inside and outside for eating or having a cup of coffee.
