The prices keep going up. It now costs $60 for a basic membership! The gym does not justify the price at all. The gym is small, not a lot of equipment (most of the time you have to wait until someone else is done with the machine), classes always canceled, and I believe it closes even earlier on weekends. I gave it a two stars for being exclusive for women but that is all. BASIC Memberships should be $25-$30 MAX. I wouldn't go here unless you really really value the women only aspect.
Even though the entire facility is women-only, for some reason they require swimsuits in the sauna, which is in the locker room area near the shower. This makes no sense at all to me.
Management is horrible, and they love to overcharge you.
I got to this gym because it's really convenient, but it's not that will maintained, and the classes keep getting cancelled
I do not recommend this gym at all. I paid for 2 personal training sessions. I enjoyed the personal trainer, however there really was not any room to workout. I then paid for another session. The personal trainer I worked with, had an emergency and had to take off from work. I asked how long she would be out and was told that they do not know. I requested a refund for the training and was told they would need to speak to Corporate. Why? I was charged for a service that I did not receive therefore refund the money! I spoke with someone at corporate who said they would have to speak with a supervisor. Basically, I am getting the run around. I cancelled my membership, they charged me for the month of April, when in fact I had already paid for the last month when I joined. the worker said I would have to use the facility until June. Unbelievable nerve! This place is a rip off! I never received my one free training for joining the gym either. Please do not patronize this place.
