Called and made an appointment then was rudely refused service due to a groupon. I just needed about an inch trimmed off, which did not warrant their full price. One gentleman came and tried to rescheudle an appointment with me. He was very kind, but the lady at the front desk was the reason for this negative review. She seemed to have time for me if I was willing to pay full price though. I immediately got a refund and will not be returning due to how this was handled.
Hidden gem in Bay Farm! I just had the worst pedicure of my life in Thailand and all I could think about was how much I couldn't wait to come home and get my nails fixed by these talented ladies. The owners are wonderful and fun to talk to.
First time there. At Harbor Bay Shopping with plenty of parking. He did a amazing job. Shampoo was a treat. Great scalp massage and took the time to shampoo, condition and rinse. He cutted it a little too short but as he was cutting, he took so much time to analyze, to cut it right. Using several types of scissors, checking and rechecking. After seeing this, I couldn't find fault with him! Afterall, hot days are coming and I needed a good change.
Love this place! They always make my nails and feet feel like new. As and they pamper and treat me like a queen. Lots of parking.
Oh My Goodness. Best Nail and Hair and Wax Salon in Alameda. The woman there are so friendly and very professional. Whether your a one time customer or frequent customer they treat you like family. I've done my hair, nails, and eyebrows here and wouldn't go anywhere else.
