Although not a huge office, it is newly built thus nice and clean! They keep coffee and tea, and the staff are very nice.

I would have given them a five star rating a week ago but after dealing with claims specialist Shonda foster.... I would give less than 1 star if I could. Im a paying customer and have been given ultimatums and deadlines and am being bullied into taking a settlement offer that doesnt reflect the cost of replacing my vehicle even though I am insured through AAA. Im a paying customer. I asked to be switched to another rep who doesnt deliver ultimatums to complete the process before the agent leaves on vacation and was assured I would NOT be getting another person to assist me.Just another insurance company scamming its customers.Edited to add that the people who I have dealt with in the office have always been amazing. Its a shame the people administering the products they sell are not like them... at all.
