Have been asking to see a shrink for over a year.No one cares.No one wants to help.You are better off going to Mexico or anywhere else.There whole system should be burned to the ground.Everybody concerned would be better off.I know.How about access to a shrink? LOL!!
I have had this insurance for over two years and have NEVER been able to get an appt. They say "we'll call U when an opening come avail." have Never received that call. Now I hear the state is going to give illegal mexicans insurance. Who is going to pay for that, and How do they plan on dealing with those millions when they can't see the patients they already have?
I have only had great service and great Doctors.
There seems to be a lack of communication with my doctor, pharmacy at Walmart and Alameda Alliance. I need my blood thinner Eliquis to keep potential clots from forming in my body. I've been waiting a week and still waiting for a PA which my doctor had already did two days ago and I'm still not clear of this bureaucracy with Alameda Alliance. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
I had a quick and helpful woman assist me while I was out of town with needed information for my health needs. I think they do a great job!
