Clean rooms, great view, ample parking. Dated decor and furnishings. Love the location! Food and amenities are readily available. Easy drive to OAK airport.
A bit overpriced for the quality they keep of the interiors. Pillow smells like they kept it under the bed for 6 months. Cabinets look like they haven't been maintained since the 90s. Very thin walls. But nice view and location. They really need to up their game.
Pros: Location, easy check in, free parking, quiet, comfortable bed, pet friendlyCons: DIRTY room, like really really dirty. Stains on the bed skirt, stains on the mattress cover, random stuff on the ground in just a few minutes my dog found a pack of gum, a bobby pin, and plastic tags from new clothes
The room we got was neat and clean with no funky smell. That's a big thing for me. And there's a seaport literally right in the backyard! How cool is that? Its location is a big plus too. Being away from the noisy busy streets of Oakland, it is still within a comfortable distance.
Over priced for bad service. My room wasnt ready for check in until after 445pm. My key also stopped working twice; the first time could have been my fault but the second time it couldnt have been- I was overly careful with it. I wont stay here again.
