Great experience. I have not had a good massage in a very long time. My massage was excellent. I was treated with respect. They have great customer service all around and the place is very clean. Will plan to come back soon.

If I could leave 5 negative stars I would. I had my very first appointment Saturday 22nd at 7:00pm. And when I arrived,I was told that my massage therapist Winnie had called in sick and that the supervisor or manager Bri had called me and left me a message earlier in the morning. There is NO MESSAGE because Bri NEVER called. Horrible horrible first Impression.
Made a 1st time appointment with this place on Saturday evening for Sunday afternoon. Needed to change the appointment and called immediately Sunday morning at 10...no answer, then, again at 11:20. Was informed that even though they could change the appointment, I would be charged for the Sunday afternoon appointment, because "it was less than 24 hours notice." I get massages frequently, but never before at a Massage Envy, and I certainly will not frequent their business in the future.The receptionist was the same person I made the appointment with and she knew I had only made that appointment a few hours before. She made no mention that changing the appointment would incur a full charge to the credit card. She could have given me that information when I booked. That's just poor customer service and not an inducement to try their services in the future.
